basic pointers to keep in mind that can help make your eyeliner as bold

Use a Water-Resistant Eyeliner
We don’t want our eyeliner to smudge, streak, or fade when that’s not the look we’re going for. Be sure the liquid eyeliner you choose is water-resistant and long-wearing, which means even in the summer heat, it won’t smear or run.
